I promptly contacted customer service to return it and get a refund....sent everything back almost immediately, via express mail as indicated, saw that the item had been delivered and then "radio silence" I can't get anyone to return an email, and it has been a month since it was returned. I would never recommend this company to anyone....I am in sales and have never had such poor customer service."

"I ordered this Jan 4 and it was received Jan 17, that's only 2 weeks! This is my 4th dress I've ordered from Dress First over the past few years. In the past I've ordered the dress size to the closest measurement and then had to have it altered here in Canada. So this time I decided to go with the custom order. Ordering to my measurements the dress fits perfect! I do not need anything altered. All the dresses I've ordered from Dress First are fully lined with formed bust.

My recommendation would be, know your style and don't order something that looks good on the model, but you would never be able to wear."

I like the high waist line as it covers my larger belly. Very flattering for my larger body. I would have liked to have been able to purchase a smaller size, as my measurements put me at a larger size than I usually wear. But its nothing a tailor can't help me with. "
